Clinical Approach

Definitive chemoradiation and image-guided adaptive brachytherapy for high cure rates.

In cervical cancer, definitive chemoradiotherapy combined with intracavitary or interstitial brachytherapy is the established global standard of care, offering high cure rates even in locally advanced presentations (Stage IIB to IVA).

Treatment consists of two seamless phases: external beam VMAT/IMRT to sterilize the pelvic disease and lymphatic drainage, followed by Image-Guided Adaptive Brachytherapy (IGABT) to deliver concentrated ablative doses directly to the residual cervix.

For endometrial cancer, postoperative vault brachytherapy or pelvic radiotherapy is tailored based on surgical pathology risk factors (myometrial invasion, grade, and lymphovascular invasion).

Key Clinical Considerations in Your Consultation

Every recommendation is customized according to staging scans, pathology markers, and patient priorities.

01

Curative concurrent chemoradiation for cervical cancer

02

High-Dose-Rate (HDR) Image-Guided Adaptive Brachytherapy (IGABT)

03

Adjuvant vaginal vault brachytherapy post-hysterectomy

04

Bowel and bladder-sparing pelvic VMAT planning

05

Prophylactic para-aortic nodal irradiation for high-risk disease

06

Structured follow-up protocols and gynecological rehabilitation
